Terms of service

Violation of my terms of service will result in a blacklist.

Refunds

In the case for heads refunds cannot be given after work has begun on the fur. Until then refunds are available minus materials that had to be purchased for said suitor if it is requested before materials have been bought can be given in full. Body suits cannot be refunded after patterning has started, any other parts are refundable minus any materials bought before work has begun cutting fabric. Once a suit is finished it is nonrefundable, no negotiations.

Changes

Minor changes I will always be open to fixing. Any issues with the pattern I will be happy to fix while it is still on the base. Changes to the design while it
is still being cut out or sewn together will cost an extra fee dependent on the change. Once the fur is glued down I will only do changed that can be dry brushed and
will charge an extra fee based on the change. Changes to the foam base are generally always doable but please mention them early on as if I must make them right
before the base is to be fured it could cost an extra fee. Large changes or ones that require a new base will cost an extra fee or may have you need to pay
for a new base. Please mention issues as soon as you notice them to avoid extra fees.

Warranty

All parts come with a six month warranty. Where any damages are fixed free of charge (minus shipping back to me)
Note this warranty is voided if the suit is damaged via carelessness (exessive harsh tugging, having it near hazardous things) or being damaged while trying to
be edited by someone other then myself.

Repairs

I am always happy to preform repairs. As stated in my warranty I will fix most for free for up to six months. Outside of the warranty I am happy to fix anything
with a small fee.

Suits for minors

I am happy to make suits for anyone of any age. Though if you are under sixteen years old I will request express permission from a legal guardian. I would like to be put into contact will them either via their own social media account or through email. Just to ensure they understand the purchase their child is making.

Deposits

I require a 30% deposit up from to hold your place in the queue. Without payment you cannot hold a place in the queue. This deposit is usually for materials and thus may not be refundable.

Payment plans

I can work with almost any payment plan the customer prefers. In the case of payment plans I will provide my PayPal so the commissioner can pay at their leisure. I only ask that payment plans do not stretch over six months. But I do expect payment to come to a close as the suit nears completion. Suits will not be shipped until they are fully payed off and shipping is payed.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated when the suit is finished and I am purchasing the label. Buyer must pay shipping costs. Customs fees are the responsibility of the commissioner to pay.

In the event a suit is lost in the mail

In the event a suit is lost in the mail I will do everything a can to have it found, including submitting a request for a search, contacting the post office, and
if I am able contacting the post office it was last in the hands of, and posting online for others to keep an eye out. If after 2 months (3 months internationally) the package has not been shown to move I will be willing to refund half the commission cost. If the suit turns up after the refund is given you are expected to return the money.
